Depuis, elle a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 quatre autres marathons.<\/span><span id=\"E175\"> <\/span><span id=\"E176\">Cette ann\u00e9e, elle participera au <a href=\"https:\/\/runottawa.mydev.ca\/fr\/les-courses\/le-demi-marathon-dottawa\">Demi-marathon d&rsquo;Ottawa<\/a><\/span><\/em><em><span id=\"E179\">, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par Desjardins, lors de la Fin de semaine des courses Tamarack d\u2019Ottawa. Il s\u2019agit de sa distance pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e et elle courra en appui au <a href=\"https:\/\/raceroster.com\/events\/2022\/50770\/tamarack-ottawa-race-weekend-2022\/pledge\/participant\/12587436\">Fonds de secours : Crise humanitaire en Ukraine de la Croix-Rouge<\/a>. <\/span><\/em><em><span id=\"E182\"><\/span><span id=\"E184\">Elle est une membre active de plusieurs clubs de course d\u2019Ottawa et adore s\u2019entra\u00eener avec d\u2019autres coureurs passionn\u00e9s.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p id=\"E187\" class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-1\"><em><span id=\"E188\">Par<\/span><span id=\"E189\"> <\/span><\/em><a id=\"E190\" contenteditable=\"false\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/tegsf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span id=\"E191\"><i> <\/i><\/span><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/tegsf\/\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tegan Chappell<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"E194\" class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-2\"><span id=\"E195\">Quand j\u2019entends \u00ab\u00a0le sommeil est un luxe\u00a0\u00bb, je grince des dents!<\/span><span id=\"E196\"> <\/span><span id=\"E197\">Le sommeil est l\u2019un des processus corporels les plus importants.<\/span><span id=\"E198\"> <\/span><span id=\"E199\">Il soutient de nombreuses fonctions essentielles, comme la digestion, la r\u00e9gulation de l\u2019humeur et la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration physiologique.<\/span><span id=\"E200\"> <\/span><span id=\"E201\">La plupart des adultes ont besoin de sept \u00e0 neuf\u00a0heures de sommeil par nuit.<\/span><span id=\"E202\"> <\/span><span id=\"E203\">Si vos s\u00e9ances d\u2019entra\u00eenement sont intenses, vous devez dormir davantage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E204\" class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-2\"><span id=\"E205\">Un manque chronique de sommeil est li\u00e9 \u00e0 des r\u00e9sultats n\u00e9gatifs qui ont une incidence sur la sant\u00e9 physiologique et physique.<\/span><span id=\"E206\"> <\/span><span id=\"E207\">Il est notamment li\u00e9 \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes cardiaques, \u00e0 des troubles de sexualit\u00e9 et de reproduction, au diab\u00e8te, \u00e0 l\u2019affaiblissement du syst\u00e8me immunitaire, aux troubles de l\u2019humeur et \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes de poids.<\/span><span id=\"E208\"> <\/span><span id=\"E209\">Cela ne signifie pas que quelques mauvaises nuits auront des r\u00e9percussions consid\u00e9rables sur votre sant\u00e9, mais vous pourriez avoir de la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 vous concentrer ou une moins bonne performance athl\u00e9tique le lendemain.<\/span><span id=\"E210\"> <\/span><span id=\"E211\">Les probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 graves sont associ\u00e9s \u00e0 un manque chronique de sommeil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E212\" class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-2\"><span id=\"E213\">Le sommeil permet \u00e0 votre cerveau et votre corps de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer, et de renforcer vos <\/span>syst\u00e8mes cardiovasculaire et immunitaire.<span id=\"E214\"> <\/span><span id=\"E215\">Le sommeil aide aussi \u00e0 r\u00e9guler le m\u00e9tabolisme et la production d\u2019hormones.<\/span><span id=\"E216\"> <\/span><span id=\"E217\">Il joue un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la consolidation de la m\u00e9moire (processus transformant vos exp\u00e9riences en souvenirs).<\/span><span id=\"E218\"> <\/span><span id=\"E219\">Mais surtout, pour les athl\u00e8tes, c\u2019est pendant le sommeil que le corps se n\u2019est pas tr\u00e8s complexe d\u2019avoir une bonne nuit de sommeil, mais c\u2019est plus facile \u00e0 dire qu\u2019\u00e0 faire.<\/span><span id=\"E224\"> <\/span><span id=\"E225\">Voici les meilleurs conseils pour avoir un sommeil r\u00e9parateur\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"E226\" class=\"qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-4\"><span id=\"E227\">se coucher vers la m\u00eame heure tous les soirs (m\u00eame la fin de semaine);<\/span><span id=\"E228\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E229\" class=\"qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-4\"><span id=\"E230\">limiter l\u2019utilisation d\u2019appareils \u00e9lectroniques ou de la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision une heure avant de vous coucher puisque les rayons \u00e9mis interf\u00e8rent avec le rythme circadien (notre \u00ab\u00a0horloge interne\u00a0\u00bb);<\/span><span id=\"E231\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E232\" class=\"qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-4\"><span id=\"E233\">limiter la consommation de caf\u00e9ine (le moment o\u00f9 vous devez arr\u00eater d\u2019en consommer d\u00e9pend de chaque personne);<\/span><span id=\"E234\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E235\" class=\"qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-4\"><span id=\"E236\">ne pas faire d\u2019exercice deux heures avant d\u2019aller vous coucher;<\/span><span id=\"E237\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E238\" class=\"qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-4\">prenez votre plus gros repas avant le milieu de l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi et consommez un repas l\u00e9ger de 500 calories ou moins le soir ;<\/li>\n<li id=\"E241\" class=\"qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-4\"><span id=\"E242\">dormir dans une pi\u00e8ce sombre et silencieuse, et avoir une routine de coucher.<\/span><span id=\"E243\"> <\/span><span id=\"E244\">Une routine de coucher est essentielle pour enseigner \u00e0 notre corps que certaines activit\u00e9s (comme prendre une douche, lire un livre ou m\u00eame juste laver votre visage et brosser vos dents) sont associ\u00e9es \u00e0 la d\u00e9tente et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration au sommeil.<\/span><span id=\"E245\"> <\/span><span id=\"E246\">Si vous avez beaucoup de choses \u00e0 faire le lendemain et que vous ne cessez pas d\u2019y penser, \u00e9crivez-les sur une feuille de papier afin de ne pas les oublier et de dormir plus paisiblement.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"E247\" class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-2\"><span id=\"E248\">Une bonne qualit\u00e9 de sommeil n\u2019am\u00e9liorera pas seulement votre performance athl\u00e9tique, mais votre qualit\u00e9 de vie en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/span><span id=\"E249\"> <\/span><span id=\"E250\">Prenez votre sommeil au s\u00e9rieux\u00a0: il a une incidence sur tout ce que
